Day 1: Arrive Port Elizabeth and transfer to your Bush lodge in Addo or Shamwari. Spend day on safari.

Day 2: On safari.

Day 3:  After an early morning game drive and breakfast we depart Port Elizabeth and head towards the Garden Route. We visit Storm’s River and the Tsitsikamma National park with an option to walk the first day of the famous Otter trail to the waterfall where we can enjoy a swim or there are several optional activities which include: tree top canopy tour of the forest, scuba diving in the marine reserve, forest walks, tubing down the pristine, beautiful Storms River gorge or attempting the highest bungi jump in the world at Bloukrans Bridge. Thereafter we depart for Plettenberg Bay and Goose Valley Golf estate.

Day 4: This morning we play the Goose Valley golf course. In the afternoon we have several options available to us: we can walk the beautiful Robberg nature reserve with stunning views of Plettenberg Bay and the Tistsikamma mts and a chance to spot a seal colony, dolphins and whales in season or enjoy the many activities that Plettenberg Bay has to offer. Optional activities include: sea kayaking, canoeing in the lagoon and Keurboom’s river, dolphin viewing trips, whale watching in season, scuba diving, and the stunning beaches, visit the Craggs Elephant sanctuary for an interactive experience with African Elephants,  Monkeyland- sanctuary home to Lemurs and other Monkeys or Outenikwa - for an up close experience with cheetahs and other smaller African wild cats.

Day 5: We take a short drive to Knysna and play the wonderful Pezula golf course which is built on one of the Knysna heads, with exceptional panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, indigenous forest and fynbos vegetation. In the afternoon we go explore Knysna, Noetize beach, the Knysna heads and the lagoon, the waterfront and take a short drive to Brenton-on-sea. Swim in the ocean and enjoy the beautiful beaches. Overnight Pezula.

Day 6: This morning we play Simola Golf course and the afternoon we have the option to travel to the Wilderness and take a canoe trip in the lagoon and up the river through the this pristine indigineous forest. We pull up the canoes and take a hike along a boardwalk upriver, along the Kingfisher trail and return the same way. Or alternatively enjoy what Knysna has to offer.  Overnight Fancourt.

Day 7: Play one of the magnificent golf courses at the Fancourt estate. In the afternoon we depart for a long transfer to Hermanus.

Day 8: Free day in the town of Hermanus situated in Walker Bay, renowned for some of the best land- based whale watching in the world (seasonal of course, best time from mid August to mid October). Here we can go on an optional whale watching cruise or the chance to go cage-diving with the Great White shark. Later we can go explore the beautiful beaches or take a walk in Fernkloof Nature Reserve. Overnight at the Western Cape Spa and Hotel- Arabella Golf estate / Hermanus.

Day 9: Play 18 hole Arabella golf course in the morning. After lunch we drive the beautiful coastal road to Gordon’s Bay and then onto Vergelegen Wine estate to enjoy and explore this historic wine estate and enjoy some wine-tasting.  Transfer to Winelands. Overnight Stellenbosch.

Day 10:  After breakfast we play a round of golf at De Zalze or Stellenbosch golf courses. Depart for an afternoon of visiting the different wine regions and tasting some of the great wines South Africa is producing in Stellenbosch and Paarl. Overnight at guest house near Stellenbosch. (Rosenview)

Day 11:  We make our way to Franschoek and play the Pearl Valley golf course, a Jack Nicholaus signature golf course. We play this wonderful golf course which has hosted the South African Open for the last two years in the morning and the rest of the day can be spent wine tasting, walking through this charming town exploring the shops or just relaxing in the beautiful surroundings. Overnight at our guesthouse in Franschoek.

Day 12:  Today we explore the Cape Peninsula with a drive via the Atlantic seaboard (Clifton, Camps Bay) to Hout Bay on Chapman’s Peak drive; there we visit the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point. Also the opportunity to do the Shipwreck trail hike. Then we visit Boulders Beach to see a breeding colony of African penguins. Overnight at guesthouse in Cape Town.

Day 13:  Today we play The Royal Cape Golf Course.  Afterwards we take a visit to the botanical gardens – Kirstenbosch. and a chance to go up Table Mountain either by cable car or for the more adventurous you can hike up. Overnight guesthouse in Cape Town.

Day 14: Play an optional game of golf at Steenberg or Clovelly  golf course or take a tour of Robben Island, a World Heritage site and thereafter free afternoon to explore the shopping areas of Greenmarket square and the Waterfront, Helicopter tour of Cape Town or a City tour of the Mother City, go to one of the many beautiful beaches, climb Lion’s Head, orhorse riding at Noordhoek.  Tour ends.
